Terms Of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites under the traidx.io domain (including any subpages and landing pages, such as “The Traidx Hub”, “Traidx Point”, “The Traidx Engine”, “Traidx Fokus”), as well as any related applications, software, tools, educational materials, trading signals, AI-generated content, reports, news services, communities, Telegram groups or channels, communications, products, services, and platform features provided by Traidx L.L.C-FZ (“Traidx”) (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, submitting your details through any registration or contact form, joining any Telegram group or channel operated by Traidx, or by accessing, browsing, subscribing to, purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Traidx. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and must not join or continue to participate in any community or Telegram group operated by Traidx.
These Terms must be read together with Traidx’s Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer, Legal Notice, Refund Policy, and any additional policies, guidelines, or rules referenced in these Terms or published on the Platform (collectively, the “Traidx Policies”). By using the Platform, you also agree to be bound by the Traidx Policies as amended from time to time.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if:
you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher); and
your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements. Traidx may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access where these requirements are not met or are suspected to be untrue.
3. Nature of the Platform (No Regulated Financial Services)
Traidx is a technology, software, educational, information, and data analytics platform.
The Platform may provide access to, among other things:
educational content and training materials;
market commentary and research;
market, chart and technical analyses;
AI-generated insights, news summaries and analytical tools;
research materials and news services;
trading-related information, statistics and indicators;
informational trading signals and trade ideas;
software tools, dashboards and data analytics;
community features and communication channels (including Telegram groups or channels).
Traidx does not provide brokerage services, custody services, asset management services, portfolio management services, wealth management services, fiduciary services, investment advisory services, or any other regulated financial services.
Traidx does not:
execute trades on behalf of users;
manage portfolios or maintain brokerage accounts;
receive, hold, or custody client funds or assets;
accept client deposits;
exercise discretionary control over client funds or investments;
provide individualized investment advice or suitability assessments;
make financial decisions on behalf of users.
All information made available through the Platform is of a general and impersonal nature and is not based on a consideration of your personal circumstances, financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, trading experience or needs. Any information provided through the Platform is educational and informational only.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Traidx is not acting as your broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, custodian, fiduciary, or financial institution, and that no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created between you and Traidx.
4. Account Registration, Forms and Security
Certain Platform features, including but not limited to access to communities, Telegram groups, AI tools, dashboards or specific services, may require registration and the creation of a user account or the submission of your details via an online form (such as name and email address).
When creating and using an account or providing your details via a form, you agree to:
provide accurate, current and complete information;
keep your information up to date;
maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account;
restrict access to your account and devices;
promptly notify Traidx of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account or based on your registration details, whether or not authorized by you. Traidx shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized use of your account or registration data arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security.
Traidx reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts or access at its sole discretion, in particular in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
5. User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that all financial, trading, and investment decisions are made independently and solely by you.
You remain exclusively responsible for:
your financial decisions;
your trading and investment activity;
your risk management and capital allocation;
your use of leverage and overall risk exposure;
your compliance with local laws and regulations;
any profits or losses resulting from your activities;
assessing the suitability, legality, and risks of any trade, investment, or strategy.
Traidx does not determine whether any trade, investment, strategy, or product is suitable or appropriate for you. Traidx shall not be responsible for any decision made by you based on information obtained through the Platform.
You agree to conduct your own independent research, due diligence, and risk assessment before making any financial or trading decision.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. In particular, you shall not:
violate any applicable law, regulation, or regulatory requirement;
infringe or violate intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights;
distribute malware, viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, systems, or networks;
interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform;
scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform without prior written authorization;
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users or Traidx personnel;
post or transmit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content;
share, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or provide third parties with access to paid content, confidential materials, community content, or subscription features without authorization;
use the Platform for market manipulation, insider trading, or any fraudulent or unlawful trading activity.
Traidx reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts or access, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
7. Trading Signals and Market Information
Any trading signal, market analysis, chart interpretation, trade idea, market alert, entry level, stop-loss level, take-profit level, AI-generated output, news summary, or related information provided through the Platform (collectively, “Signals”) is supplied solely for informational and educational purposes.
Such information does not constitute:
financial advice;
investment advice;
trading advice;
portfolio management;
asset management;
individualized recommendations;
a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
You acknowledge that:
market conditions may change rapidly;
information may become outdated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances;
different users may interpret Signals differently.
Traidx makes no representation or warranty regarding the profitability, success rate, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any Signal, analysis, or market observation. You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any information provided.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Content
Certain Platform features may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, large language models, quantitative models, automated analytical tools, algorithmic systems, and third-party AI services (“AI Systems”).
Traidx may use both internally developed and externally provided AI technologies. AI Systems may be used to generate, assist in generating, analyze, summarize, classify, or present information, including but not limited to news, market insights, Signals, commentary, or educational content.
You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content:
may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors;
may be incomplete or based on incorrect or outdated assumptions;
may become outdated rapidly;
may not reflect all relevant information;
may produce unexpected, misleading, or incorrect outputs.
Traidx does not control the training, internal workings, or complete behavior of third-party AI Systems and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or performance.
Traidx makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability, availability, or correctness of AI-generated content.
AI-generated outputs must never be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, legal, tax, business, investment, or commercial decision. Independent verification, critical review, and professional judgment are always required.
9. No Reliance
All content available through the Platform, including but not limited to educational materials, market analyses, Signals, AI-generated outputs, research, commentary, news summaries, and communications, is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
No information provided through the Platform should be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
You are responsible for independently verifying information before taking any action and for obtaining independent advice where appropriate.
10. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments
Certain Platform features and services may require payment of subscription fees or other charges (“Paid Services”).
By purchasing a subscription or other Paid Services, you agree to:
pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and payment processing costs;
provide and maintain valid and up-to-date payment information;
authorize Traidx and its payment providers (such as payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle;
you authorize Traidx to charge recurring subscription fees until you cancel.
You are responsible for reviewing the applicable subscription details, including price, billing cycle, and renewal terms, before purchasing. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided on the Platform before the end of the current billing period.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform or the Paid Services.
Where required by applicable law (e.g., for certain consumers in the European Union), Traidx may obtain your explicit consent to the immediate commencement of digital services and your acknowledgement that this may result in the loss of statutory withdrawal rights.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed exclusively by the Traidx Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Traidx, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Access to digital services, software, educational materials, Signals, community features, AI tools, and platform functionality may begin immediately after purchase, which may limit or eliminate statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights where permitted by law.
12. No Guarantee of Results
Traidx does not guarantee:
profits or returns;
trading or investment success;
performance of any strategy, tool or Signal;
preservation of capital;
achievement of financial objectives;
consistency of results;
reduction or elimination of risk.
Any examples, testimonials, demonstrations, simulations, hypothetical results, historical performance data, case studies, projections, forecasts, or backtests are provided solely for informational and illustrative purposes.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Individual outcomes may vary significantly.
13. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with, connect to, reference, recommend, or provide access to third-party services, including but not limited to brokers, exchanges, payment processors, cloud providers, AI providers, software vendors, data providers, API providers, Telegram or messaging platforms, and other external services (“Third-Party Services”).
Traidx does not control and is not responsible for:
the actions or omissions of Third-Party Services;
broker or exchange failures or outages;
inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete data;
payment processing failures;
service interruptions or downtime;
security incidents or breaches at Third-Party Services;
API failures or integration issues.
Use of Third-Party Services is entirely at your own risk and is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective third party. Traidx does not endorse or guarantee any Third-Party Service.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Traidx L.L.C-FZ and its shareholders, owners, directors, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, partners, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, economic, or other damages arising out of or relating to:
use of or inability to use the Platform;
use of software tools or educational materials;
reliance on any content, analysis, or information;
reliance on Signals or AI-generated outputs;
trading or investment activity;
user decisions or actions;
market events or volatility;
Third-Party Service failures or outages;
technical failures, errors, bugs, or downtime;
loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of capital, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where such limitations are not permitted.
To the extent that Traidx is liable despite the foregoing, the aggregate liability of Traidx arising out of or in connection with the Platform and these Terms shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the total amount of fees paid by you to Traidx for access to the Platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traidx L.L.C-FZ and its owners, directors, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising out of or relating to:
your violation of these Terms or any Traidx Policy;
your misuse or improper use of the Platform;
your violation of applicable laws or regulations;
your trading, investment, or financial activities;
your disputes with Third-Party Services or other users;
your infringement or violation of any intellectual property or other rights;
your user-generated content or communications.
Traidx reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such case, you agree to cooperate with Traidx’s defense of such claims.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, source code, algorithms, databases, educational materials, trading signals, reports, analyses, research materials, designs, graphics, trademarks, logos, videos, documents, platform functionality, AI-generated content, proprietary methodologies, and all other materials available through the Platform (collectively, “Traidx Content”) are owned by or licensed to Traidx and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by Traidx or applicable law, you may not:
reproduce, copy, or distribute Traidx Content;
republish, resell, or sublicense Traidx Content;
modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Traidx Content;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble software components;
scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Platform;
use Traidx Content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
Any unauthorized use of Traidx Content may result in civil and criminal liability.
17. Community Rules, Telegram Groups and User Content
Where community features (such as forums, chats, groups, or messaging), including but not limited to Telegram groups or channels operated by Traidx, are available, you agree not to publish, post, upload, or share any content that is:
unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory;
hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory;
infringing any intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights;
promotional spam or unauthorized advertising;
otherwise harmful, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.
You remain solely responsible for any content you publish or share through the Platform or any Traidx-operated community or Telegram group (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content, you grant Traidx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform, subject to applicable privacy laws.
Traidx reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor, review, remove, or restrict access to User Content at its sole discretion, including within Telegram groups or similar channels.
18. Suspension and Termination
Traidx reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, terminate, or permanently delete any account, membership, or user access (including access to communities or Telegram groups) if:
these Terms or any Traidx Policy are violated;
applicable laws or regulations are violated;
fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is suspected;
payment obligations are not fulfilled;
user conduct is harmful to the Platform, community, business interests, or other users;
security risks or integrity issues are identified.
If your account or access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms or other Traidx Policies, Traidx shall not be required to provide any refund.
In cases of termination not caused by a breach of these Terms by you, any refunds (if any) shall be handled in accordance with the then-current Traidx Refund Policy.
19. Modification of Services
Traidx reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, restrict, or remove any part of the Platform, including features, content, pricing, subscription plans, Signals, AI tools, community features, or software functionality, at any time and without liability.
Traidx does not guarantee that any particular feature, service, or content will remain available for any specific period of time.
20. Modification of Terms
Traidx may update, amend, or replace these Terms from time to time.
The most current version of the Terms will be published on the Platform, with the “Last Updated” date indicated at the top. Changes become effective when posted, unless otherwise specified.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where required by law, Traidx may seek your explicit consent to material changes.
21. Force Majeure
Traidx shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyberattacks, internet outages, infrastructure failures, power outages, labor disputes, pandemics, or failures of Third-Party Services or providers.
22. Electronic Communications
By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from Traidx electronically, including notices, disclosures, updates, invoices, security notifications, and information about changes to policies or services.
Where permitted by applicable law, electronic communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, to the maximum extent permitted by law, so as to most closely reflect the original intent of Traidx.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any Traidx service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides you with mandatory consumer protection rights, you may also benefit from any such mandatory provisions and, where applicable, may bring claims in your local courts.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer, Legal Notice, Refund Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines published by Traidx, constitute the entire agreement between you and Traidx regarding your use of the Platform.
These documents supersede all prior agreements, communications, understandings, and representations relating to the Platform.
