This Risk Disclosure, Trading Signal Disclaimer and AI Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all users of Traidx and to all related websites, subpages, applications, software, tools, content, educational materials, trading signals, AI-generated outputs, reports, research materials, notifications, communities, Telegram groups or channels, and services provided by Traidx L.L.C-FZ (“Traidx”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Platform”).

This Disclaimer supplements, and must be read together with, the Traidx Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, Refund Policy, and any other policies published by Traidx (together, the “Traidx Policies”).

In the event of any inconsistency between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail with respect to contractual rights and obligations, while this Disclaimer shall prevail with respect to the description of risks and the nature of the services.

Traidx L.L.C-FZ is a technology, software, educational, information, and data analytics company.

  • may be incomplete;

  • may be based on incorrect or outdated assumptions;

Traidx does not control the operation, training methodologies, model behavior, availability, outputs, or decision-making processes of third-party AI systems.

7. No Custody or Management of Client Funds

Traidx does not accept, receive, hold, safeguard, custody, manage, invest, transfer, or control client funds or assets.

You retain full ownership and control of your brokerage accounts, exchange accounts, wallets, financial assets, and investment decisions.

Traidx does not possess discretionary authority over client funds, client assets, investment portfolios, or trading decisions.

Traidx does not maintain client brokerage accounts.

Any transaction executed by you remains your sole responsibility. Traidx is not responsible for any order execution, slippage, error, omission, or failure in your trading or investing activity.

8. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Traidx may integrate with, reference, recommend, connect to, or provide access to third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • artificial intelligence providers;

  • software vendors and API providers;

  • payment processors;

  • messaging platforms (including Telegram);

Traidx is not responsible for:

  • third-party actions or omissions;

  • broker failures;

  • exchange outages;

  • platform downtime;

  • API failures;

  • inaccurate or incomplete third-party data;

  • delayed market information;

  • connectivity issues;

  • service interruptions;

  • cybersecurity incidents;

  • third-party security breaches;

  • failures of artificial intelligence providers;

  • failures of cloud infrastructure providers;

  • failures or policy changes by messaging platforms (including Telegram).

Use of third-party services and platforms is entirely at your own risk and remains subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective third party.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the terms of any third-party service you use in connection with Traidx, including account opening, margin requirements, trading rules, and fee structures.

9. Limitation of Liability (Risk Context)

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Traidx L.L.C-FZ and its shareholders, owners, directors, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, suppliers, partners, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, economic, or other damages arising out of or relating to:

  • use of the Traidx Platform or services;

  • use of software tools;

  • use of educational materials;

  • reliance on any content, Signals, AI outputs, analyses, news summaries, or market commentary;

  • reliance on third-party information;

  • platform downtime;

  • software failures;

  • technical errors;

  • market events or volatility;

  • user decisions and actions;

  • trading losses;

  • investment losses;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of opportunity;

  • loss of capital;

  • loss of business;

  • loss of data;

  • business interruption.

You acknowledge and agree that all use of Traidx services is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in this Disclaimer shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where such limitations are not permitted.

To the extent that Traidx is liable despite the foregoing, the aggregate liability of Traidx arising out of or in connection with the use of Traidx services shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the total amount of fees paid by you to Traidx for access to the relevant services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. User Acknowledgement

By creating an account, submitting your details via any form, purchasing a subscription, accessing the Platform, receiving trading signals, using AI-generated content, joining a community, or otherwise utilizing any Traidx service (including participation in Telegram groups or channels operated by Traidx), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Traidx is not acting as your financial advisor;

  • Traidx is not acting as your investment advisor;

  • Traidx is not acting as your asset manager or portfolio manager;

  • Traidx does not guarantee profits, returns, or performance;

  • trading and investing involve substantial risk;

  • losses may exceed expectations;

  • you may lose all invested capital;

  • all decisions are made independently by you;

  • you assume full responsibility for all outcomes resulting from your financial activities;

  • you use Traidx services entirely at your own risk.

You further acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer in its entirety and that you are capable of bearing the risks associated with trading and investing.
